Social Responsibility Policy

In line with our corporate social responsibility principles, the basic elements of our management approach are; To be respectful to people, committed to the principles of equality and justice, anti-racist and sensitive to the traditions and cultures of our country. The basic principles we take as basis are as follows;

  • We absolutely do not accept discrimination among employees within the organization based on language, race, color, gender, political opinion, belief, religion, sect, age, physical disability and similar reasons.
  • By creating a positive and harmonious working environment that supports cooperation, we prevent conflict environments and ensure that people with different beliefs, thoughts and opinions work in harmony.
  • We ensure that our employees’ personal rights are fully and correctly used.
  • We treat everyone equally and fairly.
  • We act sensitively to the traditions and cultures of our country and the countries in which we operate, and act in accordance with all legal regulations and laws in these regions.
  • We do not employ child labor at any stage of production.
  • Our working hours are determined in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Our employees; have the right to terminate their employment contract under appropriate conditions. As APAK GROUP, we do not force any of our employees to work.
  • We manage the environmental impacts that may arise from our activities responsibly. We support improvement works that will reduce environmental impacts.
